Bioizer Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2005 to commercialize a new generation of compact fluorescent lights and lighting products using photocatalytic oxidation combined with recent advances in lighting technologies.

Bioizer Technologies, Inc. is based in Denver, Colorado with manufacturing facilities in China and the U.S. with Research and Development offices in Honolulu, Hawaii.
